”We're lucky to live and brew in the same region as Fremont Brewing Company. Over the last ten years, we've benefited tremendously from their willingness to share their knowledge and experience with us. Fremont's brewers deftly make a wide range of styles, but it is their expertise in making big-bodied, higher alcohol beers that we wanted to tap into for this collaboration. Together, we've concocted an experimental 'super stout'-- a beer made using a cumulative mashing process, boiled for 3 hours to maximize strength, conditioned on half a pound of coconut PER GALLON. This is a BIG beer meant to be shared with friends and enjoyed with intention. Sit with it over the course of an hour or two, and you'll find layer after layer of flavor-- all included in a beer that is bombastic and balanced, over-the-top yet still refined.”
