It’s our Anniversary, again!! Can you even believe it?? This time around the sun we have been gifted an ever so crushable West Coast IPA, made just for us by folks at Fort George Brewery in lovely Astoria, OR. We are swooning.

The beer is called “Pasties, Not Pasties” and is a play on the common mispronunciation, by customers, of a staple dish here at Saraveza. The pasty (pah-stee), which is a German-style hand pie that is more common place in the Mid-West than here in the Pacific Northwest. Folks often use the word pasty (pay-stee) to order one of these delicious dishes. This kind of pasty (though some CAN be made to be edible) are often use as a minimal covering for ones nipples. You see the comedy and the confusion, right? We hear the best jokes are the ones that have to be explained to you, right?

Come join us for Fort George take over and the release of this tasty AF West Coast IPA, our favorite style around these parts.
