We didn’t ask anyone, we just wanted to put some awesome beer on tap for y’all. This week it’s Santa Rosa’s legendary Russian River Brewing Company. We’ll have 10 beers on tap, some that you’ve never seen up this way. Dry January? We don’t think so. Here’s the tap list:
Pliny the Elder - 8% - The standard for West Coast Double IPA’s
Blind Pig - 6.25% - Full bodied West Coast IPA
Row 52, Hill 56 - 5.4% - A Single Hop Pale Ale) 100% Simcoe hops.
STS Pils - 5.3% - A classic German-style pilsner but with a Russian River twist
Supplication - 7.75% - Sour Brown aged in Pinot Noir barrels for 1 year with cherries
Consecration - 10% - Consecration is a Dark Ale aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels with currants
Intinction: Merlot - 7% - Intiction is a mixed culture fermentation beer barrel age in Merlot barrels with freshly pressed Merlot grapes
Damnation - 7.5% - Golden Ale) Inspired by Duvel and other strong golden ales of Belgium
Shadow of a Doubt - 9.86% - An Imperial Porter that packs a rich chocolate and light smoked malt character with a very soft, dry finish
Robert - 6.2% - A dominantly fruity, floral, and spicy Saison flavors and aromas of lemon, pear, cider, white pepper, clove, and bread dough
