Did you know that, in addition to their incredible lineup of Wild Ales, Wine, and house beers, that Justin at Dwinell Country Ales also makes some unique, delightful and Ciders? Well, we here at Saraveza are here to inform you that they do. And us? We’ll we rarely do cider-centric events, but for Dwinell we’re making an exception.
Here is what we’ll have on tap:
“Almira” Bitter-sweet Cider - 7.3% - A wild-fermented, French-style cider made from a blend of Muscadet de Lense, Domaines, Marie Menard, and Yarlington Mill apples.
“Russet” Dry Cider - 7.5% - A pét-nat, heirloom cider made from a blend of Jonathan, Granny Smith, Winesap, Muscadet de Lense, Roxbury Russet, and Melrose apples.
“Robin” Pear Cider - 6.3% - A pét-nat, wild-fermented, French-style poiré made from a blend of Comice, Packham, Bosc, and Taylor's Gold pears, together with (10%) Karmijn de Sonnaville apples.
