Summer Moon - 2.6% - Wild Saison with boysenberries and Douglas Fir tips
Expired Film - 3% - Wild Saison with prickly pear and cherry blossom
Distant Seas - 4% - Barrel fermented Gose w/ prickly pear and Oregon Coast sea salt
Sea Plague - 2.9% - Wild Saison w/ Oregon coast seaweed, wasabi root and ginger
Story Forest - 6.4% - IPA with Brettanomyces made in collaboration with Little Beast Brewing

An ode to traditional farmhouse brewing, in our own strange way, our Saisons are brewed with Oregon grown malted barley & hops, and fermented in Oak with Native Wild Yeast & Bacteria cultured from the air here in Central Oregon.
We hope to be a cohesive and inspirational inclusion to your journey through beer and the great PNW.”
